Run sprints on a board the team actually uses

Plan a sprint from your backlog, work it on a board, and close it with a clear picture of what shipped.

   Open Tasks and review the prioritized work waiting to be picked up.

   You should see: You see the ready work at the top, sized and ranked for the next sprint.

   Start a sprint/planmagnet/sprints/start-sprint-page

   Open Sprints and start a new sprint, giving it a goal and a time box.

   Pull work into the sprint/planmagnet/sprints/start-sprint-page

   Add the top-ranked tasks from your backlog into the sprint.

   Work the board/planmagnet/tasks/tasks-page

   Move tasks across the board's columns as work progresses — status changes are a drag, not a form.

   Track progress mid-sprint/planmagnet/sprints/start-sprint-page

   Check the sprint view to see what is done, in progress, and at risk.

   Close the sprint/planmagnet/sprints/start-sprint-page

   Complete the sprint; incomplete work carries over to the next one.
