Field, status, and workflow mapping runs as part of the migration, and issue/comment/attachment/history migration happens where feasible, so card content and checklists carry over rather than being discarded.
Can we go back to Trello if PlanMagnet is not the right fit?
Yes. Built-in sync handles both import and export for Trello, so the move is reversible and low-risk rather than a one-way door.
We use several Trello Power-Ups — do those come over?
Power-Ups themselves do not migrate automatically — the underlying card data (lists, labels, checklists, attachments) does. PlanMagnet's own automation rules and integrations are what you would reconfigure equivalent behavior with, which is worth planning for during the parallel-run validation step.
Is a single Trello board enough to justify migrating?
Migration is most valuable once a team has outgrown a single board — several boards, cross-team dependencies, or a need for sprints and roadmaps are the usual signals.
